How we work

Medical content developed for this site must include its sources on the corresponding page or resource. Educational cases do not replace clinical evaluation.

Educational cases

The clinical narratives on this site and in the newsletter are educational compositions. They do not represent a specific person and are not presented as real cases.

Images and reconstructions

Images used without changes retain their credit and license. Adaptations and reconstructions are identified as illustrative; none may contain information that could identify a patient.

Corrections

When an explanation requires correction, the published version must be updated and show its revision date.
